To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Munich at Marienplatz, we are looking for a Junior Analyst as well as working students.

Junior  Analyst Mergers & Acquisitions 

Your main tasks will include:

  • Carrying out market and company analyses/research
  • Analysis and preparation of financial figures (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.)
  • Carrying out company valuations (e.g. peer analysis using multiples, comparable transactions and DCF valuations)
  • Support in the search for investors
  • Preliminary telephone soundings or contacting potentially interested parties
  • Preparation of presentations and sales memoranda
  • Preparation of due diligence processes
  • Preparation of and participation in client acquisitions and pitches
  • Support with administrative tasks

Your Profile:

For this job, we expect strong conceptual and analytical skills, good communication skills and an independent, structured way of working.

You have successfully completed your university studies in business administration, industrial engineering or similar. You are particularly interested in the fields of corporate finance, M&A, private equity and venture capital and already have some practical work experience.

You are open-minded and flexible, motivated and committed, enjoy a variety of tasks and like to take on responsibility. Confident handling of PCs and common MS Office products as well as good written and spoken communication skills (German and English) are a matter of course for you.

Your working style is characterized by independence, analytical skills and ability, reliability and accuracy.

Working student

For new projects (M&A transactions and venture capital financing) we are looking for 1-2 working students for 8 – 20 hours per week (longer hours possible during semester breaks) for a project-related collaboration.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Assistance with the preparation of company sales (especially company memorandum, research, management presentation, target approach) as well as with purchase mandates for international group companies and private equity funds, among others.
  • Participation in the preparation and execution of venture capital financings.

Your profile:

  • Successful and above-average bachelor’s degree in business administration/commerce (at least 4 semesters), preferably with a focus on financing, controlling or corporate management.
  • Initial internship experience in corporate finance, management consulting, industry or auditing desirable
  • Confident handling of MS-Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
